Shipping

Unless other modes are requested, we ship with United States Postal Service, Flat Rate Priority Mail.We use their "click-and-ship" system and receive a receipt for every label we print. Customers put in their shipping address with their order, and that is what we use. We have had a very small number of problems, usually due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses filled in by a customer on their order form.  Although we will do our best to assist in tracking down delayed or lost shipments, as the shipper, we do not accept any responsibility for what happens within the US PS, any foreign postal systems, or any foreign customs services.Shipments abroad that are lost are insured for a percentage of the stated value, but reimbursement takes much time and effort.
