Our Green Coffee beans (unroasted) are always fresh and come directly out of our own temperature and humidity controlled storage room. Although many people maintain that green coffee can be stored for 2-3 years, we believe that may apply to regular commercial brands, but NOT to Kona: our Green Coffee Beans are NEVER older than THREE months. We sell various grades of our green coffee, each in quantities of 5 to 10 lbs. each (plus in much larger wholesale quantities). We place the coffee in heavy duty zip-lock bags, and that's the way you should store it also (in your refrigerator).
