Of the nearly 800 Kona Coffee Farms, only 40 of us are "Certified Organic", and fewer than 50 are "Certified Estates". We are both. This means no poisons, no petro-chemicals, plus "Single Farm Origin" Kona Coffee (one farm, one "terroir"). Lyman Kona Coffee comes from our 100 % Kona Coffee Estate, certified "from Seed to Cup" by both KCC (Kona Coffee Council) and KCFA (Kona Coffee Farmers Association). This is to say that our coffee is exclusively grown on the Lyman Kona Coffee Estate, with no beans or cherry from any other location. Furthermore, all phases of Growing and Production of our Kona Coffee family farm are under our own constant and immediate quality control. This is our SELECT Estate Grade coffee (State definition: "Prime or better, regardless of size").
