Peaberry is the rarest of all coffee beans: Only 3-5% of all coffee cherry form not TWO flat beans inside, but only ONE smaller and denser bean. It appears at random: there are no Peaberry trees or branches. Peaberry is prized by connoisseurs for its more intense flavor spectrum (an slightly less acidity). Because it is so rare  and sophisticated in its flavor spectrum, you will want to see it to believe it: we offer it only as Whole Bean.
